Find a Tenant Only Service - £375

• Advertise your property on Rightmove, Zoopla, On The Market, Own Website, Facebook, Twitter & Mailing List of Potential Tenants
• Carry out viewings until a tenant is found
• Take details of tenant’s guarantor. This Guarantor must be working and pass a credit search. They will then sign a contract to say they are liable for any outstanding rent.
• Get references from previous landlord (if available)
• Move tenants into the property
• Carry out inventory
• Sign Tenancy Agreements
• Pass file back to you

Full Management Service - £250 & 10% each month

• Advertise your property on Rightmove, Zoopla, Own Website, Facebook, Twitter & Mailing List of Potential Tenants
• Carry out viewings until a tenant is found

• Sign Tenancy Agreements
• Collect Rent Each Month
• Carry out property inspections
• Renew tenancy agreements every 6 months

We are available 7 days per week until around 9pm to carry out free assisted viewings, therefore accommodating all potential tenants.

We are a well established, independent, family run estate agency in our 14th year. We use a Thesaurus system which keeps payment dates on time.
